Sky Sport journalist confirms Man United highly-rated target want to complete move

After seeing his side place behind Barcelona and Real Madrid yet again, Atletico Madrid striker, Antoine Griezmann is growing disillusioned with life at the Calderon, believing that time is running out in him to win titles.

Sky sports correspondent, Kaveh Solkehol has claimed on Twitter that the 25-year-old France international is ready to leave the 2016 Champions League finalists, fuelling speculation he could be set for a move to Manchester United.

Manchetsr United have been linked with a big money move for the striker, who fuelled speculation linking him with a move to Old Trafford by claiming there is a 6 out of 10 chance that he will join Manchester United in the summer, and with United qualifying for the Champions League after beating Ajax 2-0 in the Euopa League final on Wednesday night, a game which saw The Red Devils win their third trophy this season under Jose Mourinho after earlier successes in the EFL Cup and Community Shield.

Griezmann is believed to have agreed a move to Old Trafford and this latest admission by Solhekol will only heighten the rumours. The former Real Sociedad man is widely regarded as one of the best players in the world but wants to move to a very big club capable of winning the major trophies on offer, something Manchester United are very well capable of.

Manchester United have not won the league in 5 years, which is is the project at Old Trafford next season, to wrest the title from Chelsea’s almost vice-like grip.

The likes of Bernando Silva and James Rodriguez are being looked at as well, meaning that the squad for next season will be more formidable, a fact that Griezmann must surely be looking at.
