£125m-rated Arsenal target could be on his way to complete move after talks with ace father “went very well”

Monaco teenage sensation Kylian Mbappe has continued to be linked with a number of big clubs across Europe since his eye-catching performances for the French club last season which saw win the Ligue 1
and reached the semi-final of the Champions League.

He is one of the most sought-after players in the world and clubs like Arsenal, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have all registered their interests in him.

But as per latest reports, PSG have gone a step ahead of their rivals by meeting with the 18-year-old and his father. L’Equipe reports that player and his father have had discussions with Sporting Director Antero Henrique and President Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

The reports also say that the meeting “went very well” and Mbappe was promised regular playing, allaying any fear he might have been nursing, considering the fact that Edinson Cavani also plays for the
French champion.

Arsenal are said to be preparing a world-record bid of £125 million for the starlet but may be pushed out of the race due to Mbappe’s “obsession” with the Champions League which is currently not available at the Emirates Stadium.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is also reported to have phoned and assured him of regular playing time with some big names expected to leave the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

But with PSG offering him double of Real’s offer of £100, 000 per week deal, the former French champion are confident of securing his signature.
