Official: Highly Rated England Defender Signs five Year Contract With Liverpool

England under-19 defender Trent Alexandre-Arnold has signed a new five year deal year deal with Liverpool, according to report from Daily Mail.

This was made know by Liverpool on their official website that the exciting centre-back has extended his stay with the Merseyside club.

He as has quoted by reports:

“Trent Alexander-Arnold has committed his future to Liverpool by signing a new long-term contract at Melwood.

“The 18-year old penned the deal at the training ground – where he has been part of the group that began pre-season training on Wednesday – after agreeing on the fresh terms with the club”

 

The highly rated star made his debut for the Red senior team last summer under German tactician Jurgen Klopp. Making 12 appearances for Liverpool of which seven was in the Premier League.

Speaking concerning the new deal sign, the England defender promised to work harder and fight for a regular starting spot in the Red team come next season

“It’s not a good thing if you ever are satisfied in football, you’ve always got to strive for better.

“There is always room for improvement.

“I’ll get back into training, I’ll work hard and I’ll try to fight for a place in the team.”
