Highly-rated Chelsea target fails medical

However, with the latest development, the Blues will be monitoring the situation throughout the summer. Gazetta, as cited by Calcio Mercato claim that the player arrived at Milan this morning for a medical but failed the first part.

It is yet unclear as to the reason why he failed the medical examination, and it is rumoured that the 7-time Champions League will have to examine him further should they decide to ho ahead with the move.

Kessie is a central midfielder that has been widely praised for his fearless attitude, techinical intelligence and adaptability in the middle of the park. He scored 7 goals in 24 matches for Atalanta in the just concluded season.
